Peachie, plum and apple crumble

A new twist on a scrumptiously classic dessert. 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

2 cups Chantal Organic Jumbo Rolled Oats

Peach, plum and apple crumble 

3 cups chopped fresh peach, plum and apple

1 tbsp Chantal Organic Rice Syrup

2 tbsp lemon juice 

¼ cup Rice Syrup

100g dairy-free butter

2 cups Chantal Organic Jumbo Rolled Oats

¼ cup Rice Syrup

½ cup Chantal Organic Wholemeal Flour

½ cup desiccated coconut

1 tsp Chantal Organic Cinnamon Powder

1 tsp Chantal Organic Ginger Powder 

 

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. 

 

Combine the fruit, 1 tbsp rice syrup and lemon juice together in an ovenproof bowl. Put in oven. 

 

In a saucepan warm the butter and ¼ cup rice syrup and mix together. Add all remaining ingredients and stir. Spoon this mixture over the fruit and return it to the oven. Bake for approximately half and hour until the oats are lightly toasted.

 

Serve warm with dairy-free icecream and a drizzle of Chantal Organic Apple Syrup. Yum!
